Peninsula Villas

Peninsula Villas is a development of 5 villas, all of them with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 1 or 2 guest toilets. Located in Benalmádena, all the villas have been designed as catalyst converters of light into colors, with impressing views towards the Mediterranean Sea, facing the sun and a construction style where large windows that let the sunshine through are priority.

On the basement floor you will find part of the garden, next to the covered porch. Three bedrooms, two of them with ensuite bathroom, games room, a bathroom-laundry room and a small storage under the staircase slab. On the first floor, you will have the entrance to the house, through another garden with porch. Inside the house, as we walk through the entrance hall, we have the living room, kitchen and a toilet. The living room provides access to another porch where the pool is located (also accesible from the garden on the basement floor through stairs).
