Residencial Mediterráneo

The Residencial Mediterráneo Project has 3 Phases of urban development. The last Phase will comprise a total of 33 exclusive apartments with an unbeatable location, with direct pedestrian access to the beach from the common gardens. The Complex has 6,700 m2 of landscaped common gardens, 2,100 m2 of rest areas with sand dunes, balinese beds surrounding both swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, a barbecue area and spectacular viewpoint overlooking the sea.
